We're also acutely aware that IT professionals, in particular, can be (fairly) lumbered with stereotypes like 'arrogant' and 'anti-social'. That's why we're big on approachability. We always strive to communicate clearly with customers in a friendly, polite and open manner.
We're not going to be the guys who sneer at you for not understanding the intricacies of the latest firmware update for your WIFI access points or look down on you for asking "stupid" questions (not least because there are no stupid questions!).

Richard boasts over 15 years’ experience in IT as a Business Analyst and Company Director, working with large national and international businesses to provide industry-leading managed IT services and solutions.
Jono graduated from Waikato Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Information Technology (majoring in Database Analysis and Design) and specializes in cloud solutions architecture and management of small-medium scale sites. Despite the business growing significantly, Jono still likes to meet every new customer.

Jono and Richard are extremely proud to have cultivated a team of inspirational, progressive IT professionals to form the current Ohnyx Team:
Brad has been the IT Systems Manager at Ohnyx since 2014. He focuses on supporting our happy customers by finding solutions to any IT-related problems that may arise.
Gary joined the team here at Ohnyx in 2015. With a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and over 30 years experience in the industry, Gary brings a wealth of information to his Senior Engineer role. Gary also has expertise in MedTech software.
John joined the team as junior technician, coming with a background in customer support and an eagerness to learn.
Briar joined the team in 2018 and is tasked with managing our present and future customer relationships.
Hazel joined the team in late 2017 and is the melodic voice you hear when you ring our support line. She manages incoming tickets and manages the team in order for them to effectively support our clients.
Andrew joined the Ohnyx team in 2013 and has a strong background in aesthetics and design. Most of his time is spent designing and developing customised web sites and web apps for clients.
Brad (yes, we have another Brad) is the newest member of the team at Ohnyx IT Solutions, with a background providing IT services to small and medium businesses spanning over 10 years. Some of his specialties include process automation and Office 365.
